Olivia Leonard, Principal Lawyer, is a distinguished practitioner with extensive experience in both personal injury and employment law. She holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Before establishing Leonard Lawyers, Olivia built her career as a respected Senior Associate at a defendant personal injury firm. Her work in that environment provided invaluable understanding of insurer processes and litigation strategy. Olivia has been recognised as a finalist for the prestigious 30 Under 30 Awards in Dispute Resolution and Litigation, and has received nominations for the Women Lawyers Achievement Awards and Women in Law Awards. This breadth of experience empowers her to advocate with clarity, strength, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

Olivia’s values are deeply shaped by her upbringing in regional NSW, where she grew up in a hardworking blue‑collar family with four brothers. As the first in her family to attend university, she carries a strong belief in fairness, opportunity, and community. She understands the pressures faced by everyday Australians and brings not only legal expertise but genuine empathy to every matter, recognising the human story behind each case.

Sport has also played a defining role in Olivia’s life, instilling discipline, resilience, and determination. In 2025, she qualified for and competed in the Ironman World Championships.
